We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa for all air conditioning units and related products.
2. Delivery Fees

3. Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from order confirmation and payment clearance
Please note:
- “Working days” exclude weekends and public holidays
- Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to courier delays
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment is received
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation
5. Delivery Process

6. Inspection on DeliveryÂ
Upon delivery, customers must:
- Inspect the package for visible damage
- Ensure the correct product has been received
If there are any issues:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect claims.
7. Delays & External Factors
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions

8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- No one available to receive the order
The following may apply:
- Re-delivery fees
- Delays in receiving your order
9. Risk & Ownership
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery and signature
- Ownership transfers once full payment has been received
